This game does something I feel I rarely experience in a title, and that's its ability to make the player feel something visceral.
The art, both in direction and execution is absolutely stunning. The amount of still images and sprites designed and made for this "relatively" short game is honestly shockingly fantastic on a quality/quantity level.
Not to mention the audio and song choices used for the project add so much emotion and strength to the experience it's honestly indescribable. It turns what is already an emotion story told within a short timeframe into something almost beautiful.
If this is just a small glimpse into the potential future and potential of Pine Point, then saying I'm excited would be the understatement of the century. ^^

Hihi! I adored the character designs and developments and the dynamic between Dimitri and Nil was beautiful. It’s so amazing how the vn managed to encapsulate such a deep and complex storyline while keeping it short enough to hold attention. All of the endings had me sobbing 😭😭. I loved it.
playing this with my friend and relating to some of the characters lore was such a thrill i love how simple the format is if i had to put it into a sentence id say this vn is short and sweet.

I wonder if this nice novel will have a sequel? I mean, I'm curious to know a lot more about the characters...
As a person who grew up in a small town, I definitely understand that feeling of being trapped in a shitty little town with no future, so when I was able to go to Uni, I looked for a way to escape like Dimitri did, great decision by the way, it definitely helps one grow as a person and change perspective.🍕
